3/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 teaspoon finely ground Purity coffee
1. In a food processor, pulse together the coconut flour, coconut, and sea salt - about 5 times
2. Add the honey, coconut oil, vanilla, cacao powder, and coffee to the mixture and pulse together about 15 times
3. Form the final mixture into balls and store in the fridge
Makes 12 coffee bites
