I have struggled with autoimmune disease for years, but over the past year, have had significant symptoms that have decreased my quality of life. I started following a gluten and dairy free diet in May 2017 and saw some great results. Other things I added to my routine included frequent yoga, Young Living essential oils, massage, Young Living supplements (Omegagize3, Ningxia Red, and Life 9 Probiotic), and L-glutamine. All these combined have provided some relief, however I felt that things could be perfected.
